I had my first Hydrafacial with Jo and it was such a lovely experience- I’ll be having monthly repeats in the run up to my wedding later this year. So far my skin is looking and feeling good! Jo was very friendly and knowledgeable too. 10/10 recommend!

If you are thinking of booking with Jo, do not hesitate! I had negative previous experiences with aesthetics procedures from another well known provider and for this reason was super nervous. I was bothered by frown lines and looking for a smoother look for my wedding day so went for some Botox in my frown and forehead and a brow lift. Jo made me feel so at ease from the minute I booked, she advised me about before and after care to make the procedure as painless as possible. She guided me through each step as she did it and for the first time I had no bad reactions at all. I went back for my top up and she perfectly amended the results to be exactly how suited my face best. I could not have been happier with the results and will be back soon ❤️ Show less »

I came to Jo for Botox after previously being unhappy with results elsewhere. Jo was so attentive in finding out exactly what I wanted to get out of my appointment and my desired visual outcome. She clearly has a wealth of knowledge and made me feel like I was in very safe hands by carefully explaining exactly where she will be injecting and why, to help achieve the results I wanted. I am really happy with my results!! And I love the safe and welcoming atmosphere that Jo provides. I have had Botox and lip filler with Jo. The booking process for both appointments was very easy and Jo was very responsive and helpful to any questions I had.

The appointments themselves were very professional. Jo’s salon is very clean and relaxing. Jo made me feel at ease and talked me through everything.

The aftercare was fabulous too! Jo text me to ask how I was healing and offered advice to help reduce swelling and bruising.

Jo is amazing. I have my eyebrows and lip waxed. I brought my daughter as she was very self conscious about her eyebrows, she explained what she was going to do and made her feel at ease. Now my daughter is bursting with confidence. Can’t wait to book other treatment. THANK YOU Jo

Hands down the best aesthetics lady in Cardiff and probably south Wales.

From my first consultation I knew I was going to be in safe hands. Jo has a genuine care for her clients and offers beautiful services, listening to the clients needs and combining that with her own expert opinion.

The first appointment we booked she fixed my awful lips and the second appointment she gave me my confidence again walking me through the process step by step. She’s a lovely person, extremely professional and her studio set up is gorgeous and hygienic.
