Jo made me feel so at ease from the minute I booked, she advised me about before and after care to make the procedure as painless as possible. She guided me through each step as she did it and for the first time I had no bad reactions at all. From my first consultation I knew I was going to be in safe hands. Jo has a genuine care for her clients and offers beautiful services, listening to the clients needs and combining that with her own expert opinion.

The first appointment we booked she fixed my awful lips and the second appointment she gave me my confidence again walking me through the process step by step. She’s a lovely person, extremely professional and her studio set up is gorgeous and hygienic.
