I can’t recommend Jordan enough! She has done my Botox as well as cheek and chin fillers, and the results have been absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to what I wanted, and offered honest, professional advice.

She also recommended a clinicare skincare routine for me, and I honestly will never look back. My skin has never felt so healthy, smooth, and refreshed. For the first time ever, I feel confident going without makeup — something I never thought I’d say!

I booked an appointment with Chantelle for lip filler treatment, and as this was my first ever aesthetic procedure, I was naturally quite nervous.

From the moment I arrived, Chantelle put me completely at ease. She took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, listened carefully to what I wanted, and reassured me that she always works with her clients’ natural features. She explained that she would only do what suited my natural lips and would never create an unnatural look.

This was exactly what I was hoping for. I wanted fuller lips while still looking like myself, and Chantelle achieved that perfectly. The results are natural, beautiful, and exactly what I envisioned.

The treatment itself is a little uncomfortable, which is to be expected, but the numbing cream definitely helps make it more manageable. Throughout the procedure, Chantelle was gentle, careful, and reassuring, which made the whole experience much easier.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results and have received so many compliments already. I would 100% recommend The Face Lab and will definitely be returning for future treatments.

We did 2 sessions of dissolving and then 1ml of filler added to naturally enhance the shape of my lips…. She is AMAZING.
