I recently visited the Blemish Clinic to have a suspicious skin bump checked and a biopsy taken. I was really impressed with Jan's knowledge, particularly her understanding of rare pre-existing medical conditions, which gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

She explained everything clearly and with genuine care, making the whole experience much less stressful. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, and all of the staff were friendly and professional throughout my visits.

Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone seeking expert skin care and advice. Show less »

For so many years I have struggled with my managing the condition of my face. I’ve not worn make up for nearly 20 years as I did not want to deal with the itching and rash afterwards. Last year was tough and the stress made itself known in my face as you can see in the first picture.

Feeling sad, sore and wanting to hide I went to see Jan for help. This was the best decision I made.

Jan was supportive and sympathetic, whilst very clear she would and could help me.

The other photos are taken in the last few weeks. My face has been clear and nourished for 15 months and once again I can wear makeup. The routine I have is simple and doesn’t take much time. I feel more confident and more comfortable in my skin. No longer will I hide.

I’d thoroughly recommend the Blemish Clinic. Thank you ladies for the support. Show less »

The procedure itself went smoothly, and Jan Birch was very reassuring throughout — her experience was clear to see in the calm and confident way everything was handled. What really impressed me was the follow-up care: the team even phoned out of hours to check how my healing was going before the stitch removal, which made me feel genuinely cared for.

At my first appointment Jan was so knowledgeable and was so caring! She told me what my issue was and how we can treat it. Not only did we have a plan in place but we also had a plan B for incase it didn’t work ( my skin was BAD!) which made me have hope! And I was over the moon that plan A is working! I also learnt that my GP had misdiagnosed me and that Jan with her incredible knowledge had finally told me the correct issues I had.

Carmen who works on the desk has also been a dream! Constantly smiling and I will never forget how her happy and chatty self put me at ease at my first ever appointment and well every time I walk through the door!

I can’t thank these guys enough for finally helping me get my face back and my confidence! The amount of my friends/family that can’t believe the results is unreal! Not to be dramatic but you have changed my life!

Still some slight treatments to do but I know I’m in the best hands!!
