I recently visited The Blemish Clinic in Edenfield for a cyst removal on my back and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive.

The procedure itself went smoothly, and Jan Birch was very reassuring throughout — her experience was clear to see in the calm and confident way everything was handled. What really impressed me was the follow-up care: the team even phoned out of hours to check how my healing was going before the stitch removal, which made me feel genuinely cared for.

I originally found the clinic while searching online for a local private option, and I’m so glad I did. I’d highly recommend The Blemish Clinic to anyone considering a similar procedure. Show less »

After suffering with my skin for numerous years and feeling I wasn’t getting anywhere with the NHS I decided to go private and booked in to see Jan. I can honestly say this is one of the best decisions I have ever made!!

At my first appointment Jan was so knowledgeable and was so caring! She told me what my issue was and how we can treat it. Not only did we have a plan in place but we also had a plan B for incase it didn’t work ( my skin was BAD!) which made me have hope! And I was over the moon that plan A is working! I also learnt that my GP had misdiagnosed me and that Jan with her incredible knowledge had finally told me the correct issues I had.

Carmen who works on the desk has also been a dream! Constantly smiling and I will never forget how her happy and chatty self put me at ease at my first ever appointment and well every time I walk through the door!

I can’t thank these guys enough for finally helping me get my face back and my confidence! The amount of my friends/family that can’t believe the results is unreal! Not to be dramatic but you have changed my life!

Still some slight treatments to do but I know I’m in the best hands!!

Following an initial consultation I had a large skin cyst removed from my face. I cannot speak highly enough of Jan and the team at Blemish. First class care from the second I entered.
