From the initial consultation to the end result, Alicia was an absolute gem! She listened thoroughly to me and what results I wished to achieve and was able to talk through what she could do and which areas she would inject and why - she is clearly very knowledgeable. The procedure itself was stress free and Alicia made sure I was okay at all times, she has a calm presence which makes the whole process 100% more comfortable. The clinic was also very clean and tidy and made me feel very safe.
The results are absolutely amazing, this definitely speaks for Alicia’s keen eye for detail and personalised approach. I have visited many clinics over the years and I have to say this is by far the best clinic I have been to for Botox. Her work is incredible — so natural-looking and subtle, exactly what I was hoping for. I still look like me, just more refined and confident. She really listened and understood the look I wanted, and I completely trusted her judgment. I also love that she offers a top-up if needed, which shows how much she cares about you being happy with the final result.
