I have been attending The Dr and Company Whalley clinic for various “tweakments” over the past three years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, the service is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional.

I’ve had Botox, lip filler, and lip rejuvenation treatments with Dr Natalie, and she is truly the only person I would ever trust with my face. During consultations, her medical background is immediately apparent — she is incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and highly competent. She would never recommend anything unnecessary and always takes a compassionate, honest approach, fully understanding how even the smallest changes can have a huge impact on a person’s confidence and how they feel about themselves. Patient safety is clearly her top priority.

During treatments, Dr Natalie is exceptionally calming and ensures you are comfortable every step of the way. Her medical expertise really shines through in her outstanding communication skills which instantly puts you at ease.

I am also currently having laser hair removal with Roisin, who is absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease during a treatment that can feel quite intimate, and her professionalism and warmth are second to none.

Dr Natalie always takes the time to listen to my goals and won't do any unnecessary treatment. She is so personable, friendly, but professional.
The clinic is very welcoming and spotlessly clean.
All the staff make you feel special.

I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Nat enough. She is incredible at what she does. I’ve seen her treat so many people, and her natural approach is honestly what gives her so much credit everyone just looks like the best version of themselves.

The clinic is absolutely flawless too. It’s beautiful, immaculate, and looks so lovely for Christmas, and the North East lady on the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming.

With Nat, you just feel safe. She talks you through everything, explains each step, and makes you feel completely comfortable.

And if you’re not local to the Ribble Valley, she also has a practice in Cheshire.

If you’re considering any treatment, I would recommend Dr. Nat a million times over. She’s truly the best. ✨ Show less »

This was my first visit to the clinic. The staff were very friendly and I felt comfortable and relaxed. I was impressed that they don’t charge for patch testing , which I made the decision to book in for treatment before leaving the clinic due to not feeling pressured like some clinics.

I honestly cannot recommend Natalie enough. After having a nose job several years ago which didn’t go to plan, Natalie has quite literally fixed my nose. She’s made me feel so so confident in my own skin. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face - she is so so skilled!
