This was my 2nd appointment with Dr Nat for a lip rejuvenation, the results were amazing, I literally had no top lip when I first came to see her and the transformation is unbelievable. She is truly the best, explains everything and puts you at ease throughout. I highly recommend.

From the beginning Charlotte explained the treatment and made me feel more relaxed and at ease as I wasn’t sure what to expect. She was so knowledgeable and professional, giving me skin tips and explaining alittle more about the products I received in the calendar. It was a lovely treatment and definitely worth the 1hr 40 drive. Can’t wait to be back in a couple of weeks for my next one. Lovey meeting you Charlotte and it was lovely chatting with you through my treatment. Michelle Thorpe xx Show less »

If it’s not right for me they will not do it, they are professionals in their field and are passionate about what they do. They listen they advise and the results for me have been incredible. Little tweaks here and there were right for me.
I have been seeing Dr Nat for over 10 years. If you’re thinking about going for a treatment, I wouldn’t hesitate, very friendly welcoming environment. If I didn’t feel I was in safe hands I would never have gone back. I’m not easily pleased

I have been attending The Dr and Company Whalley clinic for various “tweakments” over the past three years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, the service is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional.

I’ve had Botox, lip filler, and lip rejuvenation treatments with Dr Natalie, and she is truly the only person I would ever trust with my face. During consultations, her medical background is immediately apparent — she is incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and highly competent. She would never recommend anything unnecessary and always takes a compassionate, honest approach, fully understanding how even the smallest changes can have a huge impact on a person’s confidence and how they feel about themselves. Patient safety is clearly her top priority.

During treatments, Dr Natalie is exceptionally calming and ensures you are comfortable every step of the way. Her medical expertise really shines through in her outstanding communication skills which instantly puts you at ease.

I am also currently having laser hair removal with Roisin, who is absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease during a treatment that can feel quite intimate, and her professionalism and warmth are second to none.

Highly, highly recommended. Show less »

I’ve seen her treat so many people, and her natural approach is honestly what gives her so much credit everyone just looks like the best version of themselves.

The clinic is absolutely flawless too. It’s beautiful, immaculate, and looks so lovely for Christmas, and the North East lady on the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming.

With Nat, you just feel safe. She talks you through everything, explains each step, and makes you feel completely comfortable.

And if you’re not local to the Ribble Valley, she also has a practice in Cheshire.

If you’re considering any treatment, I would recommend Dr. Nat a million times over. She’s truly the best. ✨ Show less »

Excellent as always. From the moment you walk in every member of staff you come across is friendly and happy. The clinic is really well done and modern but very calm. She was also incredibly easy to talk to more generally, which definitely helps as a distraction in those more “pinchy” moments. I’m so excited to see my results and for my next few treatments. I was also able to have some time for an aesthetics consult with Dr Lauren which was tremendously helpful in guiding what I’m thinking about for those treatments in the near future. Would not hesitate to recommend (oh and I drove 3hrs there and back - worth it!!) Show less »

This was my first visit to the clinic. The staff were very friendly and I felt comfortable and relaxed. I was impressed that they don’t charge for patch testing , which I made the decision to book in for treatment before leaving the clinic due to not feeling pressured like some clinics.

Thank you Dr Lauren for being able to put myself at ease and explain the situation with my eyes and what treatment is available for me going forward. You are a lovely young lady and answered my questions and calmed my anxiety. I will be back for the facial and when it is all ok for the treatment you suggested.

I honestly cannot recommend Natalie enough. After having a nose job several years ago which didn’t go to plan, Natalie has quite literally fixed my nose. She’s made me feel so so confident in my own skin. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face - she is so so skilled!
