My first time attending this clinic I had the most amazing experience ever the staff are friendly professional and explained ever treatment carefully, the clinic was clean I really couldn't find a fault, I have had two bad experiences in the past from a previous clinic that traumatised me from having lip fillers but vanity clinic put me at ease and assured me everything was under control the ironic thing is when I left the clinic i not only had one treatment I ended up having 2! My lips and chin fillers I felt no pain and the bruising and swelling after was so minimum only lasted a DAY!! Am so happy with how full and amazing my lips look! I get so many compliments on them, I have also booked in for Laser hair removal had a patch test and now I can't wait for my first day of treatment!! the machines used and fillers are up to high standards this clinic is truly one of the best in Birmingham! I definitely will be coming back for more, thank you to the staff for making me feel so at ease with everything and letting me have a experience I thought I could never have from my traumatic experience in the past! Went to Rosie’s Aesthetics for the first time a couple of weeks ago, having never had any Botox or lip filler before I was nervous and I was put at ease. She was absolutely lovely like I’d known her for years I went back for my top up the other day and again she was fantastic. Highly recommended

I also welcome her honesty about which treatment would give me the best result and also that she will decline to overtreat, so results are always very natural.

I go to Samantha for my lash extensions , she is a bubbly lady always making you comfortable. She has the best lashes! Makes you look beautiful. I would recommend her service for lip fillers eye lashes and many more beauty treatments. I have never experienced such a friendly service.

Have tried 3 other places for Botox and Lip fillers but Heidi is definitely my ‘go to’ now! . Lovely, friendly and professional, advised me to have less lip filler than asked for (always a sign of someone who put results before money!) and yet shape is amazing. I also found it less painful and have hardly any swelling compared to other places ! Thanks
