My first time attending this clinic I had the most amazing experience ever the staff are friendly professional and explained ever treatment carefully, the clinic was clean I really couldn't find a fault, I have had two bad experiences in the past from a previous clinic that traumatised me from having lip fillers but vanity clinic put me at ease and assured me everything was under control the ironic thing is when I left the clinic i not only had one treatment I ended up having 2! My lips and chin fillers I felt no pain and the bruising and swelling after was so minimum only lasted a DAY!! Am so happy with how full and amazing my lips look! I get so many compliments on them, I have also booked in for Laser hair removal had a patch test and now I can't wait for my first day of treatment!! the machines used and fillers are up to high standards this clinic is truly one of the best in Birmingham! I definitely will be coming back for more, thank you to the staff for making me feel so at ease with everything and letting me have a experience I thought I could never have from my traumatic experience in the past! Nicky also done my bridal skin prep on the lead up to my wedding consisting of a range of facials and other skin and enhancement treatments, which left my face looking flawless. Nicky doesn’t only bring her solid and professional knowledge and skill, she knows how to make you feel welcomed and in safe hands. I have previously been down the road of injecting too much filler with previous practitioners and as a result feel tense with needles, however Nicky is great at showing you techniques to feel calmer when undergoing any treatment. Nicky was amazing. Really professional and super friendly with it.

She talked me through the procedure at every step and explained what she was doing and gave me great advice.

She also talked frankly to me about other things I’m considering and gave me great, honest advice about what the right treatments were for me and what my expectations should be.

I had lip fillers and was scared only having numbing cream as I’d had bad experiences in the past but she was fantastic and I didn’t feel a thing.

I decided that for my 40th birthday, I would treat myself and get lip filler as I’d wanted it for a while. Nicky came highly recommended to me by my Aunt and all I can say is “Wow”! I’ll never go to anyone else. I was made to feel very welcome as soon as she opened the door. Like a friend not a client.
Nicky made me feel so relaxed and at ease about the procedure, plus explained in great detail about the whole process. I really liked that as I didn’t feel rushed and came away with so much knowledge about what I’d had done, as she is so highly trained in what she does. I’m extremely grateful to her! 🥰

I’ve been going to Cathy for toxin, filler and skin care for 8 years and would (and do) recommend her highly. I have quite a few friends who have gone to her on my recommendation and who are now also regulars. The clinic is spotless and all the medical protocols are adhered to, so I always feel very safe in her hands. As an experienced aesthetic nurse her clinical knowledge of facial anatomy and the structure of the skin is second to none.
I also welcome her honesty about which treatment would give me the best result and also that she will decline to overtreat, so results are always very natural.

The best testament I can give is that no-one believes how old I am when I tell them, yet no-one would never know I have had “work” done. Show less »

After three separate procedures I am so so pleased with the results, nearly two weeks into baby Botox and loving the affect on my skin, subtle but noticeable.
