First of all, the clinic is absolutely beautiful and so hygienic and clean. I felt so at ease once I entered the clinic.

I visited Dr MJ for dissolving and she really got rid of the last bits of my stubborn filler that i wanted to get rid of. She is so precise and does a full ultrasound and then shows you exactly where the filler is via the ultrasound screen and how long the filler pocket is. She then did a targeted, very precise dissolving, only on the areas where filler was present which was so skilled and precise. She also has such a great amount of knowledge and answered all my questions with honesty and expertise. Dr MJ is such a kind person who helps people everyday. Her admin/reception staff are also so friendly and kind and great at getting back to you when you have a medical question! I’m always nervous about calling clinic receptionists, as not every clinic has a kind voice on the other end. I wish more clinics were like this, as it makes your overall patient experience and journey so smooth and stress free. This makes me want to go back soon, for some skin treatment. Thank you. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have always been nervous about having fillers done but Leah just made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The results are also amazing, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my injectable treatments now!

I have visited the clinic on a number of occasions and have been always greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist, while attending the clinic on one occasion I had a consultation with Dr Paul regarding a previous lip filler procedure which had gone wrong (filler had migrated above my top lip line). Myself and Dr Paul discussed ways in which this could be corrected, Dr Paul was professional and confident that he could improve the shape of my lips and listening to his knowledge and viewing photographs of previous work on lip correction, I was confident I was in the right hands. When I came to clinic for my appointment for the lip correction, I felt at ease and was reassured throughout the whole process. I have never been happier with the end result, it has given me confidence to smile on photographs again and taught me to always research who you allow to put filler on your face. I can’t express enough how happy I am with the treatments that I have received by Anita, I have had lip filler and polynucleotides. I have had my lips done twice, 1 ml each time, I had really small lips to start with and I explained to Anita how I wanted bigger lips but without them looking fake and she delivered they look so natural. I’m doing a course of polynucleotides, I have only had one treatment so far and I can already tell the difference, friends and family have commented too. Can’t wait to go for my next course.
