During the procedure she was gentle and precise. I experienced minimal discomfort, and she constantly checked in to ensure I was doing okay. The salon itself was clean and relaxing, which added to the positive experience

I also came to Sophia for 0.5 of lip filler as I wanted a natural enchantment, she gave me the exact results I wanted and was very reassuring throughout the process. I have also recently come in for a skin consultation, Sophia analysed and identified my skin type, she spent time with me talking about my skin struggles and goals. After the consultation she sent me a detailed and personalised package recommending me products specifically suited for my skin type, how to look after my skin, a list products that would help me reach my goals, products to avoid and a personalised morning and evening skin care routine. I am very grateful for the care, time and effort Sophia has given me in all my appointments to help me feel confident and cared for. 10/10 service always!

I had the best experience with Harriette. I had my consultation where we discussed the vision for my lips. After a dissolve and new fillers I am over the moon with the results. Dee being registered nurse puts u at ease with her straight away ,Dee is a Perfectionist and made me feel super comfortable the whole time ,she was gentle and talked me through what was happening .
