I have had 2 sessions of laser so far to treat my facial rosacea by Michelle. She is absolutely lovely, professional & knowledgeable. I had a consultation regarding the removal of an intradermal naevus, and I was extremely impressed with the service. Pearl was warm, friendly, and highly professional.
She took the time to explain exactly what the lesion is, how the removal procedure will be carried out, and what to expect during recovery and aftercare. I never felt rushed, and she patiently listened to all of my questions and concerns, providing clear and reassuring answers throughout.

Highly recommend. All the ladies were very friendly as soon as I walked in which made me instantly relax. Went in for eyebrow laser removal and had a pleasant experience. I asked about other treatments on my way out and the information given was very helpful.

First time having a Hydrafacial. Firstly was not sure if it was females only, but clarified it was for anyone. Had my treatmemt done by Vicky, she was amazing, great knowledge of the treatment, treated with care and great professionalism. Will be visiting again very soon. Met Michelle today for eyebrow laser removal. She was so helpful and very professional.

Brilliant experience! Went in for Botox but after having a chat with Juliette I realised that it wasn’t what I really wanted or needed! Juilette advised on the Poly-nucleotide and I couldn’t be happier!! Way better than what I was going to have! She knows what she’s talking about!!! Thank you

Traffic wasn’t great for getting there but Ipswich is chaos during rush hour wherever you’re heading. Plenty of parking and nice clean facilities. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and were clear on all the options. Booked for first treatment in a few weeks time and cannot wait 🤞

Juliette is knowledgeable and really keen to ensure you get a great outcome from her treatments. It's a lovely, clean and welcoming clinic, with up to date equipment offering a great range of treatments. The staff are friendly and efficient, parking is plentiful. Definitely recommend.
