She has an ultrasound machine on-site, which meant she was able to thoroughly check for any signs of vascular occlusion, compression, or other complications. The moment she ruled everything out, I finally felt like I could breathe again.
She even called me beforehand to make sure I was comfortable making the journey from Brentwood to Colchester and was so kind and helpful every step of the way. Her knowledge, calm nature, and genuine care instantly put me at ease.
