I popped along to my annual dental check up and the service from start to finish was excellent. The Reception staff were welcoming and friendly, my dentist was warm and took the time to discuss today’s appointment. The Hygienist team were bubbly and jovial. All in all today’s visit was outstanding. Chris

I have been a patient at Smile for a few years now and cannot praise them highly enough for their friendliness and professionalism. I have recently had a root canal and crown done, I was not looking forward to the procedure but was put completely at ease and felt no pain, amazing. A big thank you to Shweta, Susie and Sushma for their excellent care.

I was met at reception with a Very warm ,friendly and sincere welcome.
On meeting the dentist I was immediately put at ease with the tone of voice ,calmness and confidence from a professional.
On this visit I did not have any procedure done as it was an assessment.
Like many people I am not a massive fan of visiting the dentist,but after the assessment and talking with the dentist I will be happy to go again knowing how I will be greeted an treated .

I had a really great experience at SMILE dental clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for professional and friendly care.
I had my hygiene treatments done by Jen and Patrycja, and both were incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointments. They explained everything clearly and took great care to ensure the treatment was as pleasant as possible.
I also had my retainer repaired by Shiraz, with assistance from Goda. They were both very professional and efficient, and the whole process was quick and stress-free. I felt I was in very good hands.
A special mention also goes to Tracey and Louise at reception, who always welcome patients with a smile. Their warm and friendly attitude really makes a difference and creates a positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

Overall, a fantastic team and a very high standard of care. I’m really happy with my experience! Show less »

Highly recommend The Smile Suffolk practise. After consulting several cosmetic dentists, they were the clear choice. The dentists are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The results are outstanding and have given me great confidence. An excellent clinic with fantastic staff.

My experience at this practice has been amazing. The reception staff who made initial contact were so kind and reassuring and were able to offer me a swift appointment. This kindness and friendliness extended across all the staff I met.
I've never been to a dentist where time is devoted to showing the images of the problem and an honest discussion about possible treatments and estimated costs given.
Treatment was started immediately and when it became clear plan A wasn't going to be possible, I was very quickly shown the reason why and offered an immediate appointment for treatment by another specialist dentist to start plan B. I'm not sure whether I was just lucky that I was able to get the problem resolved during one morning, but it seems these guys work so closely together, they can provide specialist treatment betwern them to ensure the best outcomes.
I'd definitely recommend them. Show less »

I’ve recently had an implant done and it was about 6 appointments to check everything out first! Lots of time was put into the precision of the procedure! Staff are always friendly and helpful and explained the procedure throughout!

Initial consultation, 2 fillings, 2 CT Scans of my mouth, 4 x-rays and a deep hygienist clean and an appraisal for tooth removal and possible implant, its the best £1300 spent as a private patient. I went to Smile Dentist to see Shiraz for teeth whitening and to have a few fillings replaced. Honestly, such a great experience! Everything was super comfortable from start to finish, and Shiraz made the whole process really easy. My teeth look amazing now, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. Definitely recommend!

Great service over the phone, I called up for an emergency appointment and they got me in same day, very easy to deal with. And the dentist was very straight forward and she explained everything including pricing before doing the work. Only downfall is it’s very expensive for any treatment. Not sure if they have any payment plans or not but this wasn’t offer... Show more »

Brilliant dentist. Dr Senthil is excellent. Staff are wonderful. Louise was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease, she is very professional and a credit to the company. I am very happy with my experience here and I would highly recommend that if you need a dentist, you visit here.

My brother is a very anxious person and after his initial consultation as a new patient, he was advised that a wisdom tooth needed to be removed. This was duly completed with no issues at all. As I accompanied my brother on both visits, we would like to say how pleased and reassured we were by all aspects of Julian's care and treatment. All staff were kind, respectful and efficient and made time for any questions or explanations Julian may have had or needed.

I can't recommend Smiles highly enough! From the moment I arrived at reception I was greeted with a smile & a friendly hello, how can I help! The surroundings & decor are very welcoming & made me feel relaxed and not at all as though I was at the dentist! The waiting room is like someone's living room! Where you fill out your medical history & then a lovely dental nurse comes to take you through to see the dentist & for someone who is a very nervous patient made me feel totally at ease & reassured me with confidence that he could definitely solve my problem! He explained every aspect of what my procedure would be and if I was happy he could do it there & then - no more waiting or pain - he went through all the pricing & explained what every charge was for! I can honestly say I felt in very safe hands & while the injection was taking effect the dental nurse chattered taking my mind off things which I was very grateful for - then once procedure was over (Which I can honestly say I felt nothing) the aftercare was explained & was told if I had any concerns not to hesitate to contact them - I think the dentist & dental nurse were taken by surprise as I asked if I could give them a hug! - they will never know how grateful I was for their professionalism & care. If you are a very nervous patient I would highly recommend Smiles especially Dr Senthil BDS, MPH, Cosmetic & Dental Implant Dentist & his lovely Dental Nurse Louise! Show less »
