I'm sharing this review on behalf of my twin brother Julian who is a new patient at this Dental Surgery. My brother is a very anxious person and after his initial consultation as a new patient, he was advised that a wisdom tooth needed to be removed. This was duly completed with no issues at all. As I accompanied my brother on both visits, we would like to say how pleased and reassured we were by all aspects of Julian's care and treatment. All staff were kind, respectful and efficient and made time for any questions or explanations Julian may have had or needed.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending this Dental Practice! Show less »

I can't recommend Smiles highly enough! From the moment I arrived at reception I was greeted with a smile & a friendly hello, how can I help! The surroundings & decor are very welcoming & made me feel relaxed and not at all as though I was at the dentist! The waiting room is like someone's living room! Where you fill out your medical history & then a lovely dental nurse comes to take you through to see the dentist & for someone who is a very nervous patient made me feel totally at ease & reassured me with confidence that he could definitely solve my problem! He explained every aspect of what my procedure would be and if I was happy he could do it there & then - no more waiting or pain - he went through all the pricing & explained what every charge was for! I can honestly say I felt in very safe hands & while the injection was taking effect the dental nurse chattered taking my mind off things which I was very grateful for - then once procedure was over (Which I can honestly say I felt nothing) the aftercare was explained & was told if I had any concerns not to hesitate to contact them - I think the dentist & dental nurse were taken by surprise as I asked if I could give them a hug! - they will never know how grateful I was for their professionalism & care. After 5 years away from the Dentist and this dental practice (Covid and termination of my Denplan), I have started visiting the practice again. (Excludes Implant cost) The attention and care you receive is second to none, the team are caring, thoughtful and certainly not forceful.
