It was the first time that I had been to an appointment where I didn’t feel like I needed to walk away and commit to something without fully knowing what I was getting myself into. She took her time to ask me questions about my concerns and then fully explained the risks associated with the procedure I was after, so I could go away and make a fully informed decision. She also shared her own experiences which made me feel very reassured and comforted.
