Very impressed by the modern equipment and the warm welcome on arrival by the lovely staff. They couldn’t have been any nicer just perfect. Looking forward to having a very old tattoo removed after my holidays.

Very efficient and welcoming service. Offered a drink and made to feel very comfortable. She was mindful of my pain level and adjusted it went needed. Provided a stress toy and took every precaution to make it the best experience for me. Genuinely outstanding service

I would definitely recommend Emma. I had a laser treatment with her and she made me feel totally at ease, from the initial consultation to the procedure and to the follow up appointment. Brilliant service from start to finish, and very happy with the result.

It was a very welcoming environment, as well as being clean and professional I didn’t feel out of place, Emma felt like a friend I’d met before and it was lovely to chat.
We got welded bracelets and the service provided was 5* worth every penny, they’re amazing quality and the service was explained well to us, it took no time at all.
I will be going back again and having other treatments with Emma in the future. Show less »

Their after care is excellent!
I'm appreciated how I had a course of a lazer hair removal treatment though it extended. Because I was capable with only certain intercity as sensitive skin. They are flexible, generous and thoughtful on my treatment. Thanks very much. X☺️

It was the first time that I had been to an appointment where I didn’t feel like I needed to walk away and commit to something without fully knowing what I was getting myself into. She took her time to ask me questions about my concerns and then fully explained the risks associated with the procedure I was after, so I could go away and make a fully informed decision. She also shared her own experiences which made me feel very reassured and comforted. Having never met her before, I left the clinic feeling like I’ve just met a very professional yet down to earth, genuine person who really knows what she is doing. I would 100% recommend Emma.
