Emma was super informative and helpful! Honesty is the best policy and she was very honest and explained why lip filler may not be the way forward for me so we opted for a lip flip instead! Im excited for my future appointments. Very warm and welcoming

Emma made me feel so at ease and heard during my consultation. It was the first time that I had been to an appointment where I didn’t feel like I needed to walk away and commit to something without fully knowing what I was getting myself into. She took her time to ask me questions about my concerns and then fully explained the risks associated with the procedure I was after, so I could go away and make a fully informed decision. She also shared her own experiences which made me feel very reassured and comforted. Having never met her before, I left the clinic feeling like I’ve just met a very professional yet down to earth, genuine person who really knows what she is doing. I would 100% recommend Emma.

Made to feel at complete ease as soon as I entered the building. Emma was lovely and talked through everything that was going to happen. I've had no issues at all . Thank you so much

I suffer with social anxiety and rarely go into places like this but I was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed.
It was a very welcoming environment, as well as being clean and professional I didn’t feel out of place, Emma felt like a friend I’d met before and it was lovely to chat.

I suffer with social anxiety and rarely go into places like this but I was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed.
It was a very welcoming environment, as well as being clean and professional I didn’t feel out of place, Emma felt like a friend I’d met before and it was lovely to chat.
We got welded bracelets and the service provided was 5* worth every penny, they’re amazing quality and the service was explained well to us, it took no time at all.

I would definitely recommend Emma. I had a laser treatment with her and she made me feel totally at ease, from the initial consultation to the procedure and to the follow up appointment. Brilliant service from start to finish, and very happy with the result.
