Rowan made sure to completely explain everything and talk through the procedure in a consultation first, as this was my first time getting filler this was really important to me and completely took away my nerves, she was really knowledgable about everything! Then at the appointment she made sure I was completely numbed and placed the filler perfectly! I honestly don’t think it could have gone better and I’m so happy with the results, I absolutely recommend nurse Rowan and mediderm😊

I had an appointment for chin filler today with Nurse Rowan. from the second i walked in the door she was so welcoming and friendly and talked with me about the results i wanted to make sure we did the right thing. after listening to what i wanted, she did the treatment, and stopped multiple times to ensure i was happy with how it was going. i am over the moon with my results, they even brought me to tears! I feel so much more confident in myself thanks to the help of Nurse Rowan and i will definitely be coming back. an overall amazing experience every step of the way and i absolutely will be recommending mediderm to my friends!!

Rowan was very knowledgeable and both partners pride themselves on keeping up to date with current medical developments which I think is so important when practicing on clients. Rowan made sure to explain everything about the procedure in her consultation and went above and beyond to ensure that the procedure that I wanted was the right one for me. During the procedure I felt very safe and comfortable which I think is the most important thing when having injectables. Rowan understood and helped me achieved my desired results, we gradually built it up as I came back 2 weeks later for additional filler. I thought this was the best approach to start off small and add more if needed (which was the case for me). Very happy with my results and thought Rowan was lovely and very friendly.
