He explained everything so clearly and answered all my questions, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident going ahead with the treatment. I was treated by Nurse Rowan, who immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. She explained every step of the treatment clearly and took the time to discuss my overall goals, guiding me toward the right treatment plan.

Rowan was very knowledgeable and both partners pride themselves on keeping up to date with current medical developments which I think is so important when practicing on clients. Rowan was very knowledgeable and both partners pride themselves on keeping up to date with current medical developments which I think is so important when practicing on clients. Rowan made sure to explain everything about the procedure in her consultation and went above and beyond to ensure that the procedure that I wanted was the right one for me. During the procedure I felt very safe and comfortable which I think is the most important thing when having injectables. Rowan understood and helped me achieved my desired results, we gradually built it up as I came back 2 weeks later for additional filler. I thought this was the best approach to start off small and add more if needed (which was the case for me). Very happy with my results and thought Rowan was lovely and very friendly. Show less »
