What sets Sophie and the Meamore team apart is their exceptional support long after training. Whenever I’ve needed advice, they’ve always been available to help.

I recently attended advanced training with Meamore and had another excellent experience. The academy is professional, welcoming, and well-equipped, while Sophie combines warmth with outstanding knowledge and professionalism. She explains concepts clearly, gives each student individual attention, and builds both confidence and competence.

Having completed nearly 40 training courses throughout my career, I can confidently say Meamore stands out for both the quality of its training and its exceptional post-training support. I would highly recommend Sophie and the Meamore team to anyone considering aesthetics training. Show less »

I was reassured by her background as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. I did not want any injectables and Sarah took the time to go through other options with me, with no pressure to purchase. The after care advice was excellent as well. I came away feeling 10 years younger and will definitely be back. Show less »

What are injectables?

Injectables are injectable substances with a cosmetic purpose. These include botulinum toxin, fillers, Profhilo, skin boosters, Belkyra, and others. Well-known brands of botulinum toxin include Azzalure, Bocouture, Dysport, and Botox. Botulinum toxin is a muscle relaxant that can locally prevent dynamic wrinkles. For example, frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead wrinkles are types of wrinkles that can be treated with Botox.

Fillers are skin volumizers. As we age, the skin becomes thinner and less elastic. Skin fillers can improve this very subtly and effectively. Fillers can also be used to enhance contours, for example creating a defined jawline or fuller lips. A lip correction with fillers, also called lip fillers, is perhaps the most popular filler treatment. As we get older, our lips become thinner. Most lip filler treatments are barely noticeable; they are very subtle corrections.

There are different types of fillers. Hyaluronic acid fillers are the most commonly used. Calcium hydroxyapatite fillers, such as Radiesse, are also frequently applied. These are temporary fillers, all with an effective duration of between 6 and 18 months.

The best injectables clinic

Quality is an increasingly important reason for choosing a clinic or doctor. More and more people are choosing a clinic that has been established for a while, has a good reputation, and employs experienced cosmetic doctors. When visiting a clinic for the first time, it's recommended to book a free consultation. This allows you to assess whether you find the environment pleasant, whether the doctor listens to you well, and whether you trust the doctor. At Injectablesbooking.co.uk, you can compare all doctors and clinics in your area.
