She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. She’s so kind, friendly, and professional — it really made such a difference.

The clinic itself is spotless, calm, and welcoming, which helped make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I left feeling confident and excited for the next sessions.

Worst experience ever. Been using them for a while. Booked to get anti wrinkle injections - all good, was told to come back for a review and top up was free. The injector did not even recall or know what my review was for which was a good start. Booked to get anti wrinkle injections - all good, was told to come back for a review and top up was free. The injector did not even recall or know what my review was for which was a good start.

Go to discuss my results and made a comment about my smile lines and was told to simple “sit down” again assuming this was part of my review, turns out the injector gives me fillers without disclosing the price, showing me a consent form or informing me it’s not part of my review.

I get hit with a £250 bill which I did not agree to or consent to. Poor service, no one knew what to do, even when the injector admitted she got confused.

BE CAREFUL THEY AMEND THE CONSENT FORMS AND MAKE YOU THINK YOU SIGNED WHEN YOU DID NOT. ALWAYS RECORD YOUR CONVERSATIONS AND ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK AS THEY HAVE NO PROPER TRAINING.

They will be reported to trading standards for this. lost all trust with Thérapie clinic especially after using them for a long time. Show less »

I waited a few weeks after receiving my final results before writing this review, and unfortunately I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience here.

For context, I had laser hair removal on my bikini and legs about ten years ago at a different clinic. While I know the results aren’t truly permanent, I do have a solid point of comparison for what successful treatment should look like. With my fair skin and dark hair, I’m considered an ideal candidate.

This time, I completed six treatments on my full legs and bikini, plus four on my underarms, and I’m hairy as ever just three days after shaving. In other words, I saw virtually no results.

I also have some tattoos, and while I understand they can’t be treated directly, they didn’t go anywhere near them leaving a hand length gap around any. For fairness I’m not reviewing those areas but needed to mention.

When I had concerns, I started researching and came across comments from a former employee who claimed the machines are deliberately kept at low settings to encourage clients to purchase more sessions. Based on my results, I can’t help but believe that may be true.

Please don’t be fooled by the “penny sale” or other promotions. This place was a complete waste of time and money for me. Save yourself the disappointment, buy cheap, buy twice. What a waste of time and money Show less »

Shanee took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The procedure itself was quick, efficient, and surprisingly comfortable thanks to her skill and attentiveness.
The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I’m already seeing great results and can’t wait for my next session!

The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process. The treatment itself was surprisingly quick and virtually painless thanks to their advanced equipment.

After just a few sessions, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, and my skin feels incredibly smooth. I can already tell this is going to be life-changing. Highly recommend this salon.
