I had an excellent experience at the Therapie clinic Meadowhall from start to finish. The clinic is spotless, welcoming, and very professional. Caitlin is absolutely wonderful! She made me feel totally at ease during my treatment and consistently checked in on me during the session. We spoke about my progress with the laser hair removal as I have had several sessions now and the results have been amazing! Would definitely recommend Caitlin and all the girls at Meadowhall Thérapie!

On the downside, appointment availability is often booked far in advance, which can make it difficult to schedule sessions when needed. I have been a Therapie customer for a number of years and overall my experience has been mixed.

On the downside, appointment availability is often booked far in advance, which can make it difficult to schedule sessions when needed. There also seems to be a high turnover of therapists, so it’s difficult to build continuity with one therapist. Sessions often run late so you can be sat waiting a while. In terms of results, some treatment areas have improved significantly, while others have shown less noticeable progress.

I do want to note a very positive experience I had today in a session with Vlera, as she was excellent. She was thorough, took the time to listen, and tailored the session to my individual needs. I also appreciated that she focused on providing genuine guidance rather than simply trying to sell additional products or services. She was so lovely, professional and welcoming throughout the whole appointment.

Everything was explained really thoroughly, including the treatment process and aftercare advice, which I really appreciated. I felt really well looked after from start to finish and never felt rushed at all.

Explained everything as she was going. Salha was very chatting, friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment!
