I had laser for scarring around my eye and cheek. The initial laser helped my scar but £1100 later what a waste of money, the pigment is still there, scar still there and eye still messed up. Not happy even though I pointed it out the staff don't seem to care. £1100 deep and nothing has improved even months after. I had alluvian and that wore off after 2 months. I probably will never go there again they just seem interesting in taking my money and I did complain along the treatment that it's not working but I was just passed to another staffer. Sorry Emily but expending that sort of money to be left with minimal change is appalling. When I wanted to stop the treatment I was offered a reduced refund and/or credit toward another treatment. What a waste of my time and money, pigment and scarring still evident even though I'm told it will improve after months later. Has it hell! Show less »

Emily was excellent! I was nervous as hadn't been to a Medical Aesthetics and Skin Clinic before, but Emily put me at ease! I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years for a hydro facial and laser hair removal, the clinic is always beautifully clean and the staff are always friendly and kind. I’ve never had a bad experience with Mediface, thank you girls!

I’ve been visiting Mediface for the past four years and had a rage of treatments, from Botox, dermal fillers to laser skin rejuvenation - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Nurse Jessica and her team are amazing! They give amazing advice on the treatments that are best suited to individual needs. Nurse Jessica is committed to ensuring everyone has the best experience and is relaxed whilst treatments are being administered.

The clinic is beautifully modern and clean.

The staff are lovely, so welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. You always feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door.

Treatments always give amazing results.
