So I went for a wow fusion facial today and it was such a luxurious facial which left me glowing, but my favourite part was meeting the lovely Shelley 💕 would definitely recommend a visit

I visited Shelley as an aspiring aesthetic nurse practitioner, after emailing for advice on how to start up - she told me I could come into the clinic to have a chat/get some advice from her. She was AMAZING - she taught me so much and gave me pointers on how to start and even let me stay with her during her work day. The way she was with clients was so professional, and she made everyone feel so welcome, her years of experience and expert knowledge really showed through how she worked. I moved from using a clinic in Cardiff to Shelley's clinic over 18 months ago. I had been using my old clinic for several years and was apprehensive to move. Shelley came with a wonderful recommendation from a good friend and as soon as I spoke to her and in turn met for a consultation it was no question that this was the right move. I really enjoy my visits to Shelley, she is so friendly and puts you at ease. This is not to be mistaken for any less knowledge, support and aftercare provided. I would be confident to try Shelley for any treatment. She makes sure you are informed of the pro's, con's, process, treatment and aftercare. We have such a giggle when I visit and yet she remains a true professional. I would recommend to anybody, she is awesome! Show less »

I had a Clarity Facial with Shelley and my skin looks and feels amazing! I've seen 'Clarity Facials' offered elsewhere in Hereford, but this one is far superior, you really get 'the works'. Shelley took her time to talk to me about my skin concerns and came up with a tailored treatment plan. I'm looking forward to coming back for my next treatment.
