I recently had Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) vascular treatment at Soma Body Clinic, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

For many years, I had been struggling with spider veins across both cheeks. It really affected my confidence and how I felt about my appearance. While in town with my family, I came across Soma Body Clinic and decided to book a consultation — a decision that has truly been life-changing.

My initial consultation was completed by the Founder and Clinical Director, Rebecca Green, and from the very first interaction, she was amazing. Rebecca made me feel completely welcome and at ease. Her knowledge and expertise were evident straight away, and she explained everything about IPL therapy in a way that was clear and reassuring. She took the time to assess my skin thoroughly and advised me on the most suitable treatment for my vascular concerns. I felt genuinely listened to and cared for.

IPL therapy itself is an effective, non-invasive treatment that uses broad-spectrum light to target oxyhemoglobin in blood vessels. The light energy heats and collapses the unwanted vessels through a process called selective photothermolysis, minimising damage to surrounding tissue. Knowing I was in such capable hands made the whole experience even more reassuring.

Megan was assigned to carry out my treatment, and I feel so lucky that she was. Megan was fantastic throughout every appointment. She was confident, professional, and always made sure I felt comfortable and reassured during the procedure. She also provided excellent aftercare advice and guidance on how to look after my skin moving forward, which I really appreciated.

From my very first consultation to my final treatment session, the level of care I received from both Rebecca and Megan was exceptional. Most importantly — the results speak for themselves. The broken veins have completely gone. I recently had one of the best holidays of my life because, for the first time in years, I felt truly comfortable and confident in my own skin — just like I did when I was younger.

Another huge positive is that the treatment was incredibly good value for money. It did not break the bank and was absolutely worth every penny. I am so glad I took that first step and booked my consultation.

Soma is a beautiful, calming ✨️ environment, perfect for feeling at ease and receiving treatments.
From Rebecca's recommendation I have started to use the Medik8 products. Starting with the day and night serum. Both are absolutely fantastic and the results were noticeable after one use which was both a great suprise and an absolute delight to me.
I can not recommend these products enough!!!

I had a full facial filler treatment with Rebecca Green at her new clinic, Soma, in Trowbridge, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

From the moment I walked in, Rebecca was so welcoming. She started with a full facial skin analysis, which was incredibly thorough and produced images showing various areas of damage—it was fascinating! Rebecca explained everything in such detail, making me feel completely at ease before we began the treatment.

The full-face refresh with fillers was amazing. Rebecca is a true professional, and the results are fantastic. The atmosphere in the clinic is also great—it's lovely, relaxing, and spotlessly hygienic.

Rebecca really took time and care to ensure it was absolutely right and that I was happy, this resulted in great results. Nothing short of a perfectionist which is really reassuring for the client.
