I went to see Tina after weeks of sleepless nights which started with the menopause. Just after a few sessions and the hot flushes are less noticeable, and my sleep improved dramatically. Absolutely fantastic!
Thoroughly recommend Tina! She is warm and friendly, and I look forward the sessions every time.

The best reflexology I havev ever had . I had pain in my showder and after three sessions the pain has gone. Thank you very much Tina. All the sessions were very relaxing, I usually felt asleep :) Using her relaxation recordnings gave me some tools to use in the future. Tina is friendly, professional, and very calming.
I had a few sessions of reflexology and always left feeling better.
Would totally recommend - Tina was able to identify various things for me to consider.
