I recently had HIFU treatment with Jody and lip filler with Helen. As always, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their clients really sets them apart. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and manage expectations honestly, which gives you complete confidence in the treatments and results. I always feel comfortable, well looked after, and never pressured. I couldn't recommend Jody and Helen highly enough—they're both fantastic at what they do, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. My fillers & Botox were great. Very natural looking & well worth the money. It has given me renewed confidence. I took a photograph of myself the day before & asked AI to roughly estimate how old I looked. It said 60-65. I was disappointed as I am 65! but always looked younger for my age. However a couple of years of stress has certainly taken its toll on my face! I know AI can make mistakes but I did it twice. I did it again a few times after my treatment and this time it said late 40's to mid 50's. Whohoo! How great is that. I can really see the difference. I've got other niggling things to be fixed; ie some pigment scarring & spider veins on leg. So I can't wait to get those fixed too.
Jodie I'm a new woman this morning.... Also I know we all heal differently but not a bruise, swelling or a puncture mark. You'd never know except I look 15 years younger. Thank you so much. 🥰 Show less »

Helen is absolutely fantastic. The clinic is lovely and peaceful and everyone is very professional and kind.

I've had treatments with several other clinics in the past and came to Helen on the recommendation of my friend upon moving to Exeter. I could tell when I first stepped through the door that this was an exceptional outfit. I was blown away by the level of care and advanced techniques Helen uses. By the time she takes to consult and recommend the correct treatment for you.

She uses her experience to make notoriously painful treatments more comfortable: she used a cannula for a treatment I had rather than making multiple injections into the site, which wasn't something I'd come across before - it's an extra level of care I didn't even know was possible but that made the treatment a million times better.

She makes sure you leave looking your best, even reapplying any makeup removed when cleaning an area.

Helen is also a sensitive and tactful practitioner. She gives her honest opinion on appropriate treatments and refuses to recommend anything risky or that may not age well.

She is also very tactful around potentially upsetting topics, which is so important considering she works intimately with people's insecurities. It's about the look YOU are going for and how to achieve it safely, with no comments around a particular feature or area being "good" or "bad". This neutrality is so rare, and very appreciated.

Of course HH provide exceptional aftercare and excellent results.
