I had a fantastic experience with Jodie at Helen Hunt Aesthetics in Exeter I recently had the Gentlo RF single needle treatment to remove some broken cappilaries and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went.

Jodie was incredibly professional and took the time to explain the whole process clearly, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was completely pain-free, which was a huge relief, and everything felt very calm and well-managed from start to finish.

Helen is absolutely fantastic. The clinic is lovely and peaceful and everyone is very professional and kind.

I've had treatments with several other clinics in the past and came to Helen on the recommendation of my friend upon moving to Exeter. I could tell when I first stepped through the door that this was an exceptional outfit. I was blown away by the level of care and advanced techniques Helen uses. By the time she takes to consult and recommend the correct treatment for you.

She uses her experience to make notoriously painful treatments more comfortable: she used a cannula for a treatment I had rather than making multiple injections into the site, which wasn't something I'd come across before - it's an extra level of care I didn't even know was possible but that made the treatment a million times better.

She makes sure you leave looking your best, even reapplying any makeup removed when cleaning an area.

Helen is also a sensitive and tactful practitioner. She gives her honest opinion on appropriate treatments and refuses to recommend anything risky or that may not age well.

She is also very tactful around potentially upsetting topics, which is so important considering she works intimately with people's insecurities. It's about the look YOU are going for and how to achieve it safely, with no comments around a particular feature or area being "good" or "bad". This neutrality is so rare, and very appreciated.

Of course HH provide exceptional aftercare and excellent results.
