I had another treatment done at Dermis Clinic with Dr Arf at the Coulsdon clinic, and once again, I was reminded why I trust him completely. I don’t even feel the need to look in the mirror straight away because I know the result will be exceptional, and he never disappoints. Having worked closely with many doctors, surgeons, and nurses within the aesthetic world, I can confidently say that Dr Arf’s work is in a league of its own. His understanding of facial harmony, balance, and natural results is unmatched, which is why he is so widely respected and often referred to as the king of the aesthetic world.

From the moment you walk into the clinic, you’re made to feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at ease. I asked Dr Arf if there was anything else I needed in terms of treatment, and after scanning my face and discussing different options, he never pushed anything unnecessary. He took a very honest and measured approach and only recommended what he genuinely felt I needed, which I truly appreciate and respect. That level of integrity is rare in this industry.

The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is outstanding every single time. Everything from the clinic environment to the consultation process and treatment approach reflects genuine expertise and a deep commitment to patient care, not trends or over-treatment. Dr Arf is extremely popular, so I would absolutely recommend booking ahead.

Before moving nearby, I used to travel for hours to see Dr Arf, and it was always completely worth it. Now that I live close to the clinic, I feel even more comfortable returning regularly.

All of the front of house ladies are lovely, warm, and professional. Annie, who I met, was kind, bubbly, and very helpful, and the team are extremely efficient with replies when booking appointments.

I’ve introduced many clients, friends, and family who are dear to me to Dermis Clinic, including people who were nervous or new to the aesthetic world, and I’ve only ever heard positive feedback from them, with many thanking me for the recommendation. I’ll continue to recommend them without hesitation. The standards they work to are exactly what the aesthetic industry should look like.

This was my very first visit to Dermis Clinic Chislehurst, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I had anti-wrinkle injections (three areas) with Dr Sarmad, and the results were incredible. His precision and light-handed technique were on another level compared to the two or three clinics I’ve tried before. I didn’t get any bruising at all, even tho... Show more »

This was my very first visit to Dermis Clinic Chislehurst, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I had anti-wrinkle injections (three areas) with Dr Sarmad, and the results were incredible. His precision and light-handed technique were on another level compared to the two or three clinics I’ve tried before.

I didn’t get any bruising at all, even though I’d had two coffees beforehand! Normally, I’m told bruising is almost guaranteed if you’ve had caffeine, but this time there was none. The best part? The results started to show after just three days, usually, I wait up to two weeks and still don’t see enough difference.

I’m so impressed with Dr Sarmad and the whole Chislehurst clinic experience. I’ll definitely be back! Show less »
