I felt at east discussing my concerns and she offered considered gentle solutions, without any pressure, on the understanding that I preferred a more natural result. She took time to understand my needs, discuss what results I might expect with different options and I felt no pressure at any time to proceed. However, I did go ahead and so pleased I did. To have a follow up appointment included in the price to check results and top up as necessary is so reassuring.
