Been to Michelle, twice now for lip enhancements. Right from the first time, I spoke to her to discuss the procedure, she was, super friendly, very patient, and extremely professional. I booked for a consultation and decided to go ahead as I felt I was in completely safe hands. I'm over the moon with the results. No lumps, minimal swelling and a perfect shape. She listens to her clients individual expectations, discusses any apprehensions they may have, and advises most professionally. Michelle is simply brilliant. She listens to what you want then spends time talking to you and discussing what can be achieved and the process involved to achieve those all important results. Michelle creates a very relaxed atmosphere and with her knowledge and friendly calming approach we have managed to ‘iron out’ most of my wrinkles and crinkles leaving a very natural youthful appearance.
I felt very at ease from the first time I went for a consultation and everything is logged and recorded with photos of before and after shots so you can see the difference yourself immediately afterwards when Michelle puts both photos together.
I have been many times now for fillers, Botox, lip enhancements and every single time you come out feeling a million dollars.
This lady certainly knows her stuff and it’s the only place for me now - and I’m a very difficult person to please!!

First came to Meg for lip filler back in 2021 and have been coming back for top ups. I had M shape lips which requires a special technique and I felt instantly trusting of her based on the work i had seen and how much knowledge she has. She's so bubbly, always makes you feel relaxed but what I love most is she can do things naturally and she's so honest and tells you if something won't work for you or is not needed. She doesn't jump pump up lumps to the max (unless that what you require and doesnt go against your face anatomy) she has a great technique to the point people are always shocked when I say I have lip filler. I recently had lip fillers done and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The practitioner Dana was so professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. They took the time to listen to what I wanted — a natural enhancement — and that’s exactly what I got! My lips look fuller and more defined, but still really soft and natural.

I was a little nervous, but Sarah and Dana made me feel so comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process. From my first phone call all the way through to procedure Pillar Aesthetics delivered exceptional service, knowledge and built my trust in them. This was my third round of filler with DR Jaspreet Gakhal. The attention to detail and care is amazing. My lips look very natural. Hardly any bruising afterwards and Dr Gakhal is always very quick to respond to any queries or concerns!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr Jas. She did my non surgical rhinoplasty and also some cheek filler. She was really professional from the get go, told me what to expect before and after, informed me of any potential risks or side effects. She also put me at ease and I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. She kept checking I was ok throughout and really cared for my wellbeing while I was there.
