I would have left 5 stars until my recent experience.
Not very pleased with the recent service from Medizen.
I have been having hydrofacial treatments with Medizen for the last few years and have NEVER been disappointed with their customer service or clinical skills.

All of the aestheticians I have had treatments with; Annabelle R, Natalie,Lara V,Laura G& Jemy have all been amazing!
They are all very welcoming and most of all professional.
You have a team of lovely ladies and I’m grateful for all of their time and efforts over the years.

Unfortunately as of recently in Feb/March I contacted the (reception) team & spoke to Chrissy to change my monthly membership from once a month to every other month.

At the time it could not be changed as I had an active monthly membership, therefore the receptions kindly agreed to put through my new membership once the old had ended( she left a note for herself on the diary to do this) therefore I did not have to call back.

We also booked my next appt in April (in line with the new membership)
Once I had my treatment with the lovely Annabelle I was charged full payment by reception staff (not her fault at all) which I was not expecting as I had agreed to set up my new payment plan months prior.

Shortly after I attempted to resolve the issue with Chrissy however I was only offered a £20 voucher for my next treatment which I was not happy with at all.
I believe the issue could have been easily resolved due to the fact I was assured by her she would set up my new plan.
There was only a note left on my account to inform patient membership payment had increased since enquiring (so at that point why would you not have informed me of this change)
Especially because you agreed to set up my new plan and I was under the impression it was being handled?

It does not make any sense to me.

I’m very disappointed as I did enjoy having my monthly treatments at this clinic & now because of a very minor inconvenience I have had to cancel my membership as I don’t feel respected or valued at all.

I feel this could have been resolved quite easily & I therefore would have continued to support this business.
I normally wouldn’t complain & just move on but it just doesn’t sit right with me.
I’m not happy at all, I’m quite upset and unfortunately I won’t be returning despite the fact that I like the clinic & the staff.

If it was resolved fairly I would have easily forgiven the matter as I can understand there can be errors with admin & communication.

Unfortunately because of this you won’t be the first clinic I’ll be recommending any family or friends to.

You could argue the fact that I could have called up closer to the time to clarify the new membership had been set up, but why would I if I was told it would be?

I have had 4 out of 6 treatments of my Excel V+ laser treatment with Natalie for my rosacea and I can honestly say the results are incredible. I am still yet to finish my course but I am already thrilled with the results! The redness has drastically reduced to the point it has almost gone. I had a large skin tag in a very personal area which prevented me from seeking treatment. For 13 years I worried needlessly. This clinic is fantastic! Understanding, sympathetic and dealt with my 'problem' with full professionalism and in a courteous manner. Had a skin consultation with Natalie, she’s so good at what she does. Informed me of absolutely everything I needed to know and created a catered skincare routine for me and a checkup in 8 weeks. Deffo know what I need to use and eliminate with my skin now. We also looked at my skin in the programme (scans ur face) and pinpointed where my skin lacks. Amazing... Show more »

Hi I saw Natalie for Secret Pro treatment for my droopy eyelids and under eye bags.
Natalie is very knowledgeable and very experienced in carrying out this treatment.
This was very important to me in deciding whether to go ahead or not.
I'm glad that I did as I'm very pleased with the overall results.
Results are not immediate and you need to be prepared to wait a good few months before you
start noticing the results.
This was also explained to me prior to the treatment.
I recommend Medizen as it's a Doctor led service and the staff are all highly trained.
Natalie has been absolutely brilliant at putting me at ease and ensuring my comfort
