Anna’s Botox is brilliant, I would not go anywhere else now, she knows the correct amount to administer and does not do too little or too much. I have had a few of the CO2 laser treatments now also, which is one of my favourites, my skin has changed so much and I now feel like I can enjoy wearing my make up again as my skin has lifted, brightened and tightened just from one treatment, it’s incredible and I have lots of lines and wrinkles that have disappeared and so many compliments. I had always wanted to get my lips done but had my worries due to seeing a fair share of horror stories! I went to see sue and have been back three times since as well as my mum jumping on the wagon! I really loved my Radio Frequency facial with Amanda. I usually stick to a more basic facial but thought I would try this for a change. It was so relaxing and it just felt warm on my skin. This was my very first time having filler, so naturally I was quite nervous about what to expect. Amy took the time to talk me through the entire process in such a clear and reassuring way that I instantly felt at ease. She listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve, explained every step, and gave me complete confidence before we even began treatment. I loved that Amy goes for the ‘ less is more’ approach rather than trying to upsell like some other clinicians! She will truly only advise on what might be needed.

What stood out to me most was Amy’s incredible medical knowledge and attention to detail which didn’t surprise me with her medical background. I’ve been to other practitioners in the past for Botox, but Amy’s expertise and technique were on another level — she is so thorough, professional, and clearly passionate about delivering the best possible results while always keeping patient safety in mind.

The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful: modern, spotless, and so welcoming. The moment I walked in, I could tell I was in the right place. The whole environment feels professional yet calming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Now, after my treatments, I’m absolutely delighted with the results. Everything looks natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for — subtle but noticeable in the best way. I feel more confident and can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else for future treatments.
