Visiting from out of town so was expecting to be thrilled by this place. I was wrong. Like most large scale shopping complexes it has all the usual American chains you can see anywhere. It is clearly trying too look more up market by having the likes of Rayban in little stalls dotted around the place but I could get any of the same thing down the road in Cascades Portsmouth. The Food court is deficient of seating. It cannot host the number of people that want to eat there so don't expect to sit and enjoy your food. I was unfortunate enough to drop my large Coke while walking to the toilet. It went everywhere over me and the floor. Not a single staff member was around to seek help to ensure nobody slipped in it. I asked a lady in the Pizza Hut and she just said someone should be there and pointed me towards a rubbish station that had some tissue. I cleaned it up myself but maybe I should have left it and let someone slip so they could sue. I also don't understand the layout of the escalators. I have to go up one, walk almost the entirety of the place just to get to the next one. Show less »

Nice shopping center with plenty of variety. Includes both a John Lewis, Waitrose and M&S. Mango, Levi’s, Fat Face, SpaceNK, Waterstones, Zara and an Apple Store included. Good selection of restaurants and we enjoyed Wagamama’s on two different occasions while waiting to depart on a cruise. It’s a quick taxi ride to and from the Mayflower terminal and an eas... Nice shopping center with plenty of variety. Includes both a John Lewis, Waitrose and M&S. Mango, Levi’s, Fat Face, SpaceNK, Waterstones, Zara and an Apple Store included. Good selection of restaurants and we enjoyed Wagamama’s on two different occasions while waiting to depart on a cruise. It’s a quick taxi ride to and from the Mayflower terminal and an easy walk from the Voco IHG Hotel in Southampton. Show less »

Westquay Shopping Centre Westquay is honestly one of the best shopping centres around. It’s clean, modern, and has everything you could possibly need — all the big stores, great restaurants, and plenty of parking. Westquay is honestly one of the best shopping centres around. It’s clean, modern, and has everything you could possibly need — all the big stores, great restaurants, and plenty of parking. You can easily spend a few hours here shopping, grabbing a meal, or just walking around.

The location is super convenient too, right in the heart of Southampton and close to the train station. It always feels safe, well looked after, and there’s a really nice atmosphere. Definitely the place to go if you’re in Southampton and want everything in one spot. Show less »

All great if there's a signal and the site can cope...as the 50 or so people milling at the exit about the experience as they wrestled with their phones....then, you really need to go straight to your car: the traffic lights phasing on the main road outside meant that I only just cleared the exit barrier within the 15 minutes one is allowed after paying.
