The atmosphere was friendly & very professional. Once I'd had my initial appointment I new this was the surgeon & the clinic that I wanted to use. I took my daughter to Adnova to see Mr Biggs about a nasty hockey injury to her nose. After an excellent consultation, she decided to go ahead with the surgery. On arrival, the Adnova team was incredibly friendly and efficient. She was particularly nervous about the anaesthesia, but her anaesthetist Marcus Fletcher was outstanding with her. His calm manner and gentle confidence was exactly what she needed. We were sent home same day with everything we needed to keep her comfortable at home and the results have been amazing. The piezo method used by Mr Biggs meant that bruising and swelling was limited and her confidence has re-emerged. I had definitely underestimated the incredible effect this kind of surgery can have on self-confidence. I am incredibly grateful to the Adnova team, the amazing Mr Biggs and our unsung hero of the OR, Marcus Fletcher. Thank you. Show less »

Amazing clinic, Fantastic staff all round!
Ive had surgery with Simon Heppell the surgery really has changed my life given me the much needed look and confidence I always dreamed of.
The staff were fantastic from start to finish really made me feel at ease before, during and after the procedure.
Were on hand at anytime I needed during my recovery process.

Absolutely fantastic service… the results have blown me away.
