I'm extremely disappointed with the laser skin treatment service. I've been a client for 2 years, having multiple treatments, including my recent micro-needling session. The 1st session showed great results and gave my skin a nice glow. After 6 weeks, I booked a 2nd session, but it didn't go well. My skin's become really dry, and I haven't seen any improvem... I complained, but it led to follow-up meetings and lengthy explanations that didn't fix my skin. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed. They don't seem to acknowledge the issue.

They claim 2nd-time results never match the first, but isn't that why they recommend multiple sessions?

I've attached pics of both treatments, and it's clear the 1st session had better results. I'm not seeing any difference before and after the 2nd session 😕.

So think twice before you book for your session . Not every team member well trained . Show less »

Location is good, convenient. Prices are reasonable compared to anywhere else around. I've had to reschedule and cancel a few appointments here and there due to childcare reasons. (Was willing to pay cancellation fee for this matter.)

However, I find the lady who's in charge of answering the phone shouldn't be in customer service.

I’ve been visiting laser clinics since November and the results are absolutely amazing!

Most of my appointments have been with Shima, she explains the process each time and creates a comfortable environment.

This has to be the best money I’ve ever spent!

Had an hair laser treatment appointment with Elda. I ve been a customer with this clinic for 3 years, and she did really made the difference today. She was very thorough with attention to detail and made sure she didnt miss an inch. Asked me many questions to make sure we got the treatment right. Thank you.

Poppy and Leah are really good at what they do and very accommodating and really ensures they listen to me as a customer. I’ve had prior experiences that weren’t as pleasant so i really appreciate their good attitude and customer service skills being a returning client. Kudos to these 2 ladies
