When she opened her own clinic I followed her and travel the 1hour 40mins to 2 hour round trip for the simple fact that I trust her with my face a million percent and I get a few hours peace from my busy work and home life being a mum of 3 boys…

Nicola is incredibly welcoming. From the moment you walk into her beautiful clinic, you’re greeted with a great coffee and a relaxed, friendly chat. There’s never a sense of being rushed or treated like just another appointment; she makes you feel genuinely valued as an individual.

What I love most is her honesty. She never oversells, never promises the impossible. She simply tells you what’s achievable and supports you in making the right choice for you.

I’ve had Botox, lip fillers, and polynucleotides with Nicola, and the results speak for themselves. Her Botox is the best I’ve had in 6–7 years and across three different practitioners. My lips have always looked beautifully natural—she knows I’ve never wanted that “ducky” look—and they’ve given me a confidence I didn’t realise I was missing. We’re now discussing other areas I’m a little self-conscious about, and I know that whatever I decide, I’ll be completely informed and completely safe with her.

She took her time to explain the product, how it works and outlined all of the required health and safety information. She listened to me and gave me plenty of time to digest the information and ask questions before we proceeded.

For the treatment, her care and attention was absolutely fantastic. I felt calm and settled. I was totally numb and barely felt anything, but was given a little stress ball to squeeze which really helped! Out of all three treatments i only had one tiny bruise on one occasion which was easily covered by concealer. I'll definitely be back for my top ups.

I have been going to her for over 6 months and have had a range of treaments including polynucleotides, profhilo structura, lemon bottle on several areas including thigh tightening, NAD shots and more. I can't wait to start new treaments with her! She always takes care of her clients and is extreamly professional and personalable. I have previously had polynucleotides under my eyes, at a different clinic, with the promise of reducing my dark circles and fine lines. However this was not the case and I was unable to see any visible changes. My eyes are naturally dark and I have hallowing around m... Show more »

I am beyond happy with the results of my treatment at Surgicare Cockfosters with Dr Gakhal. I have previously had polynucleotides under my eyes, at a different clinic, with the promise of reducing my dark circles and fine lines. However this was not the case and I was unable to see any visible changes. My eyes are naturally dark and I have hallowing around my eye and clear collagen loss. I was extremely hesitant to have filler, having heard and seen so many horror stories. After my consultation with Dr Gakhal I was given really clear and realistic expectations. The procedure was explained in great detail and any questions or concerns I had were answered. The filler was administered so professionally and I did not have any bruising, only minor swelling. I have been left with such natural results that have really given my upper face the refresh that it needed.
