I met Emel three years ago while preparing my skin for my wedding, and I have been with her ever since. From the very first appointment, I could tell how deeply she understands skin. But more than that, she takes the time to understand you — your lifestyle, your habits, your concerns — and tailors every treatment accordingly. Nothing ever feels generic or rushed.

One of the things I admire most about Emel is her approach to beauty. She never tries to sell you on anything. On the contrary, she gently encourages you to preserve and celebrate your natural features. Her work is subtle and refined, always focused on helping your skin look healthy, fresh, and radiant without ever changing who you are.

There was a time I came to her with a severe burn right in the center of my forehead, caused by a hairdresser using a curling tong during my maternity photoshoot. It was a difficult moment, but Emel immediately knew how to respond. She calmly adapted the treatment and gave it the care and attention it needed. That experience only deepened my trust in her.

Now, being pregnant and dealing with all the hormonal shifts that come with it, she continues to care for my skin with the same level of precision and understanding. Despite all the changes, my skin feels balanced and well looked after, which has been such a relief.

I have been struggling to find a good aesthetician for a long time, I visited Emel in October 2024, and have never looked back! I love the way she wants to only emphasise your own features and keep the natural look, which I find very rare. I have done Botox with her, and it lasts for almost 6 months now, never happened to me before! On my journey with her, she also helped me to rejuvenate my skin, heal my hormonal acne and now I am so happy with my skin that I don’t even use tinted moisturiser!
