I’ve trusted Nicola with my face for several years now, and honestly, I can’t imagine going to anyone else. She first treated me at a clinic near my home, and from that very first appointment I knew I’d found someone special. Her kindness, her patience, her honesty, and the care she puts into every detail made me feel truly seen.

When she opened her own clinic I followed her and travel the 1hour 40mins to 2 hour round trip for the simple fact that I trust her with my face a million percent and I get a few hours peace from my busy work and home life being a mum of 3 boys…

Nicola is incredibly welcoming. From the moment you walk into her beautiful clinic, you’re greeted with a great coffee and a relaxed, friendly chat. There’s never a sense of being rushed or treated like just another appointment; she makes you feel genuinely valued as an individual.

What I love most is her honesty. She never oversells, never promises the impossible. She simply tells you what’s achievable and supports you in making the right choice for you.

I’ve had Botox, lip fillers, and polynucleotides with Nicola, and the results speak for themselves. Her Botox is the best I’ve had in 6–7 years and across three different practitioners. My lips have always looked beautifully natural—she knows I’ve never wanted that “ducky” look—and they’ve given me a confidence I didn’t realise I was missing. We’re now discussing other areas I’m a little self-conscious about, and I know that whatever I decide, I’ll be completely informed and completely safe with her.

From arrival, everything ran smoothly. The clinic is tucked away in a quiet, private location with plenty of parking and space, which set a calm, professional tone.

I was welcomed with ambient music and offered a choice of high quality coffee, teas, and nutrient rich drinks. Definitely a nice touch that felt more curated than clinical.

I was seen almost immediately, which makes sense as appointments are tightly managed. Nicola led the session personally, starting with a deep facial cleanse. She took the time to answer every question with clarity and insight. The treatments were then tailored throughout:

- Radio Frequency: warming, relaxing, and a strong way to begin

- No-Needle Mesotherapy: subtle, comfortable, and clearly effective

- Extraction: done thoroughly but without any discomfort

- Red Light Therapy: felt like lying under the sun with your eyes closed. I could've stayed there much longer

The overall approach was methodical, expert, and delivered with a calm confidence. Nicola brings both technical precision and a relaxed presence that made the whole session feel seamless.

The result...? Noticeably clearer, healthier looking skin I'd say. But more than that, I left feeling sharper, lighter, and oddly stress free for days.

They also offer a broad range of treatments across different budgets, so whether you're after something advanced or just looking to reset a bit, there's a lot to choose from.
