Beth is simply brilliant. I was very unhappy with my under eye area and needed some help to feel confident again. I’ve had filler previously but only with one other person, so it took a lot for me to trust someone new. I’m very careful with who comes at my face with needles and wanted someone that made me feel safe. Beth did all of this and more. Her knowledge and expertise is evident as soon as you start talking to her and I appreciated the ability to have a consultation before booking. She put me at ease immediately and kept me calm and informed throughout the treatment- I’m not a big fan of needles but her approach meant I stayed as relaxed as possible. Beth is honestly an absolute star! It’s my first time having some botox and lip filler and as you can imagine, I was incredibly nervous on what to expect. Beth made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. We spoke multiple times on the weeks building up, whenever I had a random question pop into my mind, Beth answered immediately to put my mind at ease and explained so much of the science/medical side of things - which is incredibly reassuring! On the day, we had such a laugh and I felt so relaxed. Beth had 1ml of filler to use however she advised very early on that she will only be putting in enough to not allow my lips to overstretch, which made me feel so much better as it was critical for me to have as natural looking finish as possible. During my current healing process, whenever I’ve had a question, Beth has come back to me immediately to keep my mind at ease. I cannot recommend enough!

Bex has always been amazing and professional with my treatments. Bex knows what she does and loves doing it which has made me feel very comfortable with her. Her set up is lovely and spacious. She is also honest about her work and makes sure you are 100% in for it. After research and looking for a clinic to do some treatments on my eye area I came across the beauty alchemist. I reached out by email and was replied to in great detail by Birju who runs the clinic and carries out the treatments. I instantly felt this was the right place for me. I was offered a free consultation, which I accepted and was made to feel even more at ease by the honest and educated hour and half I was given. At no point was I pressurised into treatment. I left knowing I would return for actual treatment. I returned 5 days later and had upper cheek filler to help to smooth the contour to my under eyes. It was painless and I felt totally at ease. I went to see Birju at The Beauty Alchemist ahead of my wedding to discuss lip filler, as I wanted my lips enhanced naturally for the big day. During the consultation, Birju was so honest and thorough and explained that I actually had some previous filler migration in my top lip from treatment done elsewhere with someone very cheap. Rather than adding more filler, he recommended a dissolving treatment to restore a more natural shape, which I really respected and appreciated. He took time to explain the process and the treatment was so painless too.

The results are so amazing and my lips now look so much softer and natural but also enhanced too. I’ve had so many compliments already and feel so much more confident before the wedding. I recently visited the Ascot clinic for fillers and some other treatments, to be administered by Dr. Victoria Das. I’ve known her for years from my area in Surrey and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face.

This time, she did full facial fillers and used another product as well — and once again, she’s done an amazing job. My lips look fantastic. The treatment could have been really painful, but she managed the discomfort incredibly well by applying numbing cream not just once, but multiple times before starting. She’s so gentle, careful, and always explains everything step by step, even giving you a realistic idea of what each part might feel like.

Victoria has a real eye for detail and sees the bigger picture — she doesn’t just inject and hope for the best. Like an artist that sees in her mind the final picture.She knows exactly how things will settle and what will suit your face.
