She has always been incredibly informative, taking the time to explain every procedure and making sure I feel completely at ease. I really appreciate that she never rushes and always talks me through each step. The results have been amazing. My skin feels firmer, more hydrated, and my fine lines have noticeably diminished. I couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Bye to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. She is professional, caring, and consistently delivers excellent results.

Dr Bye has been incredible with helping me with my skin! I have seen such huge results with the skin peel and am really looking forward to having the skin pen treatment done to help with my scarring. Dr Bye also sent me a skincare routine for at home which has been really gentle whilst still showing great results!

She listened carefully to my concerns about my skin, what I was looking for and what would work for me, and she made some careful recommendations that would fit in with my lifestyle (as a mum of young children). The AlumierMD products are of excellent quality, and Louise is kind, a good listener and very knowledgeable. As a qualified doctor, I would feel much more confident having any procedures from her than other aesthetics practitioners.
