Dr Bye was extremely welcoming, friendly, and very professional. She walked through the whole process before and updated what was happening throughout. She happily updated treatments in line with what worked best for me and my skin, making sure I was aware and comfortable with the treatment plan.

Dr Bye has been fantastic - she is a good listener, clear about her approach and has given excellent follow up care. She went up and beyond to make me feel comfortable, explaining her approach and giving me plenty of time for any questions I had. Dr Bye was thoughtful and sensitive with her advice and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Dr Bye has been incredible with helping me with my skin! I have seen such huge results with the skin peel and am really looking forward to having the skin pen treatment done to help with my scarring. Dr Bye also sent me a skincare routine for at home which has been really gentle whilst still showing great results!
