After research and looking for a clinic to do some treatments on my eye area I came across the beauty alchemist. I reached out by email and was replied to in great detail by Birju who runs the clinic and carries out the treatments. I instantly felt this was the right place for me. I was offered a free consultation, which I accepted and was made to feel even more at ease by the honest and educated hour and half I was given. At no point was I pressurised into treatment. I left knowing I would return for actual treatment. I returned 5 days later and had upper cheek filler to help to smooth the contour to my under eyes. It was painless and I felt totally at ease. I recently visited The Beauty Alchemist for a hayfever injection, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Birju came highly recommended by my mum and sister, and it’s easy to see why.

The clinic is absolutely stunning—so aesthetically pleasing, with a calm, luxurious feel. Every detail has clearly been thought through, and even during the recent heatwave, the air-conditioned space made it feel like a real escape.

Birju is incredibly kind, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. I also had a consultation with him about getting “bride ready,” and really valued his honest, no-pressure approach. It felt bespoke and genuinely tailored to me, rather than a one-size-fits-all service.

Birju is obviously naturally a people person, he put me at ease throughout every step, & no question was to much trouble & I had many! I suddenly had severe dizziness/loss of hearing along with other symptoms & Birju gave me fantastic advice regarding what I could do moving forward. First of which was his ear wax removal service. As I’m sure he would agree I wasn’t the easiest case as I had such a compact buildup & a very narrow ear canal. Birju spent the time removing the wax with patience & i didn’t feel rushed at all. I had to come back a second time a few days later after different drops & I didn’t feel an inconvenience to Birju at any point. Process was smooth & painless & the relief of pressure I felt after was great.
Secondly I had a food intolerance blood test. The test was so simple & quick. The results also came back after 2-3 days which Birju emailed through to me straight away. This test has been money well spent for me. I’d been referred to gastroenterology & it’s cut a big section of the investigation process out meaning I can get other tests/treatment quicker as one of the first things they look at is food intolerances. I just handed them the report from Birju & on we went with the next step! At least 6 months wait completely cut out I’d say!
Both services I believe were a great price, especially for the quality of service you receive from the clinic. Booking was super simple & really quick to reply.
I’ve already booked in again to keep on top of my ears, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now & I can’t recommend enough.

My preparatory work with Olive Oil drops seemed to have been successful and all the wax in both ears was removed. Birju explained the sensation I might feel during the process and so I was not too alarmed at the noises I was hearing during treatment.
Follow up actions were discussed and I am confident that I can now better look after my ears. I will book again in about six months time to check progress.
Before leaving and at my request, we discussed other treatments that are on offer and I will definitely consider making an appointment for some other treatments like wart removal.
I feel completely comfortable with Birju looking after me and am also confident that only necessary treatments, made at my request, will be discussed and dealt with in future.

I went to see Birju at The Beauty Alchemist ahead of my wedding to discuss lip filler, as I wanted my lips enhanced naturally for the big day. During the consultation, Birju was so honest and thorough and explained that I actually had some previous filler migration in my top lip from treatment done elsewhere with someone very cheap. Rather than adding more filler, he recommended a dissolving treatment to restore a more natural shape, which I really respected and appreciated. He took time to explain the process and the treatment was so painless too.

The results are so amazing and my lips now look so much softer and natural but also enhanced too. I’ve had so many compliments already and feel so much more confident before the wedding. I have no hesitation in highly recommending The Beauty Alchemist - Birju. I visited his spotless and very well equipped clinic this afternoon with my son and we had a very positive experience. My son’s ears were blocked badly with wax seriously impairing his hearing. Birju was warm, welcoming and professional and took time to clearly explain everything to my son and made him feel very comfortable and at ease with the procedure. We were was able to see exactly where the problem blockage was through the top of the range technology and equipment Birju used and relieved he was also able to give my son’s ears a good health check too. My son found the procedure was pain free and he is delighted to be able to hear properly again - even his Mum apparently! I visited the Beauty Alchemist clinic to have wax removed from my ears before having my hearing tested. Birju immediately made me feel comfortable.

He also explained (with the help of photographs of the canal leading to my eardrum) what was going on inside my ear. The wax was successfully and painlessly removed and I was pleased to learn that it is important not to remove all the wax as it’s there for a purpose.

I would be happy to recommend Birju and will endeavour to have my ears checked regularly. Show less »

I decided to go ahead with the Cryotherapy as I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. I am super happy with the results I am seeing and during the threatment Birju was amazing, making sure I was ok and comfortable at all times. Birju has been brilliant throughout, available at any time for any concerns about my healing or for any questions I may have.

He was very patient and polite when I had to change the appointment (twice!) due to changing college timetables and this patience and care extended to his approach in the session. My son is autistic with some sensory issues. Birju was gentle, kind and great at explaining what he was doing and why.
It turned out that my son didn't need his ears cleaned and Birju was happy to stop the appointment there without up-selling us anything we didn't need, which I appreciated.
His treatment room was spotless and comfortable.

We weren't really sure what to expect but quickly realised that my daughter was in very safe and capable hands. She did require wax removal, which was quick & painless, the whole time Birju reassured her and explained what he was doing. He was then able to determine that she did also have an ear infection which required treatment. I was very impressed by his knowledge and expertise and left feeling like we had both been well looked after. My daughter said she could instantly hear better and that Birju was very nice and careful removing the wax.
