I have no hesitation in highly recommending The Beauty Alchemist - Birju. I visited his spotless and very well equipped clinic this afternoon with my son and we had a very positive experience. I have no hesitation in highly recommending The Beauty Alchemist - Birju. I visited his spotless and very well equipped clinic this afternoon with my son and we had a very positive experience. My son’s ears were blocked badly with wax seriously impairing his hearing. Birju was warm, welcoming and professional and took time to clearly explain everything to my son and made him feel very comfortable and at ease with the procedure. We were was able to see exactly where the problem blockage was through the top of the range technology and equipment Birju used and relieved he was also able to give my son’s ears a good health check too. My son found the procedure was pain free and he is delighted to be able to hear properly again - even his Mum apparently! I wholeheartedly recommend and I’m sure we will be back when we need any of wide range of services offered. Show less »

I had such an amazing experience at The Beauty Alchemist! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease in the comfortable and welcoming surroundings. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and professional — exactly what you want when booking a treatment.

Birju is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure you fully understand the process and feel confident every step of the way. The level of care and attention to detail is outstanding. It’s also so reassuring to know the business is fully insured and operates to such high professional standards.

The customer service is truly exceptional — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Beauty Alchemist to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a 5-star experience!

From the start Birju was so friendly and welcoming, he is knowledgable, professional and very easy to talk to. He explained the Cryotherapy in detail so I knew exactly what to expect.

I decided to go ahead with the Cryotherapy as I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. I am super happy with the results I am seeing and during the threatment Birju was amazing, making sure I was ok and comfortable at all times. Birju has been brilliant throughout, available at any time for any concerns about my healing or for any questions I may have.

I have family and friends who have also used The Beauty Alchemist for a range of different treatments and we all have nothing but great things to say. I would 100% recommend this company and Birju to anyone. 😃 Show less »

Birju was great with an ear health assessment for my 16 year old son. He was very patient and polite when I had to change the appointment (twice!) due to changing college timetables and this patience and care extended to his approach in the session. He was very patient and polite when I had to change the appointment (twice!) due to changing college timetables and this patience and care extended to his approach in the session. My son is autistic with some sensory issues. Birju was gentle, kind and great at explaining what he was doing and why.
It turned out that my son didn't need his ears cleaned and Birju was happy to stop the appointment there without up-selling us anything we didn't need, which I appreciated.
His treatment room was spotless and comfortable.

I needed an emergency appointment and Birju made time to help remove an object from my ear canal. He took the time to explain the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. His clinic is very professional and a lovely environment. I couldn’t recommended him more.

Took my 9 year old daughter to see Birju as a bit of an emergency before we went on holiday in August, he fitted us in the next after our initial phone call to him. We weren't really sure what to expect but quickly realised that my daughter was in very safe and capable hands. She did require wax removal, which was quick & painless, the whole time Birju reass... We weren't really sure what to expect but quickly realised that my daughter was in very safe and capable hands. She did require wax removal, which was quick & painless, the whole time Birju reassured her and explained what he was doing. He was then able to determine that she did also have an ear infection which required treatment. I was very impressed by his knowledge and expertise and left feeling like we had both been well looked after. My daughter said she could instantly hear better and that Birju was very nice and careful removing the wax. Didn't know much about this at all and now would not think twice about recommending or returning ourselves. Beautiful clinic too! Show less »

Incredible service, highly recommend. Birju was able to offer a late evening same day appointment at a very reasonable price. I had an issue with a blocked ear and it was clear he really cares about his customers and helping to solve their problems.

I had a home appointment for ear wax removal. Birju was on time and was excellent in explaining all his equipment and what he was going to do. The treatment was excellent and not painful. Birju was lovely, very kind and considerate. And the cost was lower than others I had looked at so excellent value.
