Daniel was absolutely amazing! While visiting fam in Scotland, I decided to get my yearly filler and Botox since it is about a quarter of US prices. This clinic was recommended by family, and I am very happy with my results. Dan was FAST! Like unbelievably so. That being said, I bruised less than I ever have (been getting lips for 3 years now) and the Botox kicked in about a week after as it’s supposed to. My lips are gorgeous and I’m “frozen like the ice queen” as Dan promised. I would take off half a star if I could for the somewhat chilly reception and lack of explanation as a new client. Redhead at reception was a bit “chilly” but also the clinic was pretty busy. Either way I’m not taking it personally. That said, In the US, we don’t put the numbing cream on while checking in (although now having done it, this should be the norm!) and we are usually led back to a room instead of seeing ourselves to where the practitioner is. I felt a little awkward and silly not knowing these things and not having them explained. Anyway, now that I know how it works I’ll will def be back next time I’m in Scotland!

On the day of my appointment I was slightly nervous. Lisa was very reassuring. The treatment I received was excellent and throughout it Lisa explained everything she was doing in a friendly but professional manner. Sometimes you feel rushed but this was the exact opposite I'm absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend Alainn Skin Clinic.
The clinic itself is absolutely spotless and the relaxing music playing really does help.
I'll definitely be returning.
I have to add to my review, I've just had my 3rd appointment with Lisa and honestly if anyone is considering any skin treatments, please go to Alainn Skin Clinic.
I promise, Lisa's priority isn't about making money, it's about making you look and feel more confident about yourself.
She doesn't promise you miracles and is realistic but I'm in my 50s and I'm never going to look 40 again.
Initially I wanted the quick fix of fillers but after discussing it with Lisa, she recommended microneedling and after she explained it to me, it made so much more sense in my case (Google it). I'm having 3 sessions but after the first session, not straight away, possibly after 2 or 3 weeks, I felt more "glowy"
I had my second session last night and I'm so excited to see how much my skin will have improved in 3 to 6 months.
The session itself is heaven, I'm always rushed off my feet so lying down on a warm bed for an hour, hearing soothing music and then being pampered was heaven.
I said it in my first review but the place is spotless.
Also my parents are old and vulnerable, Lisa knows this, she phoned the day before my appointment to explain she had a cold and asked if I wanted to reschedule, I didn't but she wore a mask throughout
I know nothing about skin care so I love picking Lisa's brain, she's a wealth of knowledge from every skin problem to the best skin products

I had chin and cheek fillers carried out by Darien and the results are phenomenal! Darien took care to listen to my concerns and came up with the best possible plan. The treatment itself wasn’t too painful and Darien took great care throughout the treatment process. Would highly recommend to all!
