My experience at the one clinic has been first class from start to finish. Each member of the reception team that I had dealt remained kind and helpful at all times, accommodating reschedules and handling queries with care. I had a tear trough filler done by Dr Bedi who was also a real pleasure to speak with. Dr Bedi shared some of her clearly extensive knowledge about the procedure, and was sure to explain why her method prioritises a balance of patient safety and great results. This put me at a lot of ease knowing I’d be in such safe hands, and alone was worth the visit to the one clinic. She continued her wonderful service by keeping in contact with me following the procedure, offering a check up and even sharing some tips on how to keep my skin looking great post procedure. I extend my sincerest gratitude to Dr Bedi and the rest of the team for the great work they do. I am extremely satisfied with my results and would highly recommend anybody to visit the one clinic if they want to ensure they’re in the best hands. Show less »

I visited the clinic last Tuesday for a mole removal, I felt very welcomed by the staff everyone was so polite. My surgery was done by Dr Sumit who was super friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had. I had a lipoma removed 10 days ago & I can honestly say that the One Clinic is 💯 absolutely fabulous from start to finish, including all staff. I had my stitches out 10 days later & healing well. The plus side today was they fitted me in for a quick consultation for other things which I thought was very nice & kind. Their prices are well competitive & very... Show more »

Had the collagen microneedling treatment. Skin feels amazing after treatment and the next day. Charles explained everything well as it was my first time having this treatment. Lovely skin treatment. Felt very comfortable. Nice aesthetics in the clinic Thank you

The procedure itself was quick and straightforward, and I was reassured throughout. After the appointment, I realised there had been some confusion on my side regarding the pricing, as the invoice still reflected surgical treatment. I raised this with the clinic, and the difference was refunded promptly and without any issues.

I really appreciated how professionally and fairly this was handled. Overall, a positive experience — good clinical judgement, clear results, and excellent customer service. I’d be happy to recommend the clinic. Show less »

Recently had two procedures undertaken by Mr Sankar at the One Clinic excellent service throughout the process and great follow up care by Nurse Chloe would definitely recommend for aesthetic treatments

Just had some minor surgery and can’t praise highly enough. The clinic itself is a lovely environment, staff friendly and helpful and Dr Virmani is very professional in his approach to the surgery itself and aftercare. Everything fully explained. Excellent all round.

She was professional, knowledgeable and overall just so lovely.

As a medical professional myself I feel confident and comfortable having treatments done at One Clinic which is largely run by other healthcare professionals.

Its clean and welcoming.
