Beth was instantly warm and friendly, she took the time to go through any questions I had and anything I needed to be aware of - I never felt pressured to go ahead with anything or ill-informed. She listened to exactly the kind of thing I was after ( I was booked for a small amount of lip filler) and we had a good chat. The process was comfortable and Beth made me feel reassured and checked I was okay throughout. I am so pleased with the end result and will definitely be back.
