Everything was explained clearly, the procedure was carried out with great care, and I felt completely at ease throughout.

The aftercare advice was thorough and reassuring. It’s rare to find a clinic that combines professionalism with such a friendly and attentive approach, but they really delivered on every level.

I recently had cryotherapy for a large brown lump on the side of my head. I had the treatment with Tanya, she was brilliant, made me feel so comfortable. I had to have 2 sessions and amazingly it went! I had had it for years and it was so noticeable, cant believe it went so quickly and easily.

I suffered with a pilonidal cyst a few years ago, which was awful and resulted in emergency surgery. The surgeon told me the only thing that can prevent it from happening again is to have laser hair removal. I was excited to see The Derma Clinic offer this, and have booked straight in. Show less »

I can only describe my experience at this clinic as dodgy. I was told a treatment that I had was going to cost 200 pounds. After the treatment I was charged 550 pounds. I can only describe my experience at this clinic as dodgy. I was told a treatment that I had was going to cost 200 pounds. After the treatment I was charged 550 pounds. When I complained to the management that I had been cheated, they said the operative who treated me was self employed, and it was nothing to do with them.They have severed their business relationship with this nurse now. Presumably, because she was scamming various people. I went to this clinic thinking they were professionals and trustworthy. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Derma Clinic Kent refused to refund me the amount the now sacked nurse had fraudulently overcharged me.
To respond to the below. Firstly,Tanya the clinic owner called me at 9 pm . Ranted on the phone and hung up without allowing me to speak at all. There has been no attempt to assist me. Obviously, it's a very upsetting situation. The clinic have not given me the nurses full name, phone number, address or insurance details. And just for the record I have never been rude or threatening to anyone. I just want fair treatment and some honesty which, alas is sorely lacking.

The clinic is nice, modern, and very clean. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and I felt very relaxed there. The treatment wasn't painful, and so far, I love the results.
