I followed aftercare as I have had botox in other clinics before this one. This is what happened , I had botox in the neck area by Dr Alex, and I couldn't understand why he was rubbing the area with a tissue after the injection , cos you aren't supoosed to rub botox, so when I asked he said it's ok for the practitioner to do it. I went back for my neck review 3 times . Three times in 6 weeks botox was injected and still not a complete result . Over a month later , It looks like I have had no botox in my neck when I strain my neck , and others have said so too. Although , It looks a bit better but not much change when I strain my neck ! I also had botox around my eyes, he was rubbing it with a tissue applying pressure towards my cheeks and outwards , I asked him why ? And he said he is trying to move it away from eyes so it wont get into my eyes . A week later when I smile , I have a "shelf smile " !! I looked it on line , It's when botox is done incorrectly into your cheeks. And everywhere I read and asked , they said the practioner is not supposed to rub the botox and Dr Alex said it was ok for him to do it ! "Can not wait fot this botox to wear off ! " Around the eyes don't wrinkle when I smile , so that has worked but I get puffy cheeks when I smile how is that any good??!! On the relpy on here , it says balancing safe care with realistic expections ! All I wanted was botox around my eyes and in my neck . Neck muscles are all visible when I strain my neck , which botox is supposed to relax and in this case it has not, and my cheeks become very huge , like "shelf smile" when I smile , I assume the result of Dr Alex massaging the botox towards my cheeks for my eye botox !! I asked for botox and got a 2 out if 10 result! And im saying so ! How is that not a realistic expectation?!! My expectation was to have botox around my eyes !! And not to get cartoon cheeks! Or chimpmonk cheeks smile, How is that not a realistic expectation??!! I would rather had not had it and had wrinkles around my eyes when I smiled instead of balloon cheeks !! I don't like leaving negative reviews, but some times it is the only way to stand up for yourself !! In the photographs, anyone can see what I mean ! I 'm outraged at them trying to twist and turn the truth !! Unbelieveable !! I have photographs ! This botox better wear off in 2 months !!! I am steering clear of this place from now on !! I feel disappointed and let down !
