As I was walking into the clinic I was greeted by a friendly and smiling receptionist. I was offered a hot drink which I thought was very kind. I had a mole removed that I have had my whole life and dr shaw (such a lovely and funny lady) talked me through everything with empathy and care. She made my visit worth while and I didn’t feel out of place. This practice wouldn’t have the same atmosphere without the choice in staff members. The boss should be very proud of them 😊🥰

The clinic is spotless and smells beautiful. Through my procedure Dr irena and the lovely surgeon ( sorry I forgot your name ) made me feel comfortable and very much at ease , they were explaining every step of the procedure, they were just lovely as for the pain , I didn't have any . I would definitely highly recommend this clinic to anyone because I could not fault a thing . Im not sure what for yet but I will be definitely returning. 11 out of 10 from me . Show less »

Really helpful, friendly staff and a welcoming waiting area: it made me feel like I was visiting a spa in a holiday resort. Dr Irena is really friendly and takes time to fully explain things. She recommended different products and treatments for me to try, but there was no hard sell, just lots of information and the encouragement to do my own research as well before committing to anything. I was expertly directed to the clinic by Anna (as I can't work a sat nav), met with a warm and professional welcome and offered a drink as I was slightly early for my appointment.

Dr Irina performed a consultation and explained the options available to me. I elected to have the PLEXR treatment on the same day. This was quick, affordable and relatively painless. Thereafter, I was given an aftercare plan and additional skincare advice.
