Really helpful, friendly staff and a welcoming waiting area: it made me feel like I was visiting a spa in a holiday resort. Dr Irena is really friendly and takes time to fully explain things. Also, it's not every day that a dermatologist complements you on your skin! She recommended different products and treatments for me to try, but there was no hard sell, just lots of information and the encouragement to do my own research as well before committing to anything. Through my procedure Dr irena and the lovely surgeon ( sorry I forgot your name ) made me feel comfortable and very much at ease , they were explaining every step of the procedure, they were just lovely as for the pain , I didn't have any .
