Worst experience of my life! Don't think I have ever been treated like this, I felt awful, I am now having to go to the beach tomorrow hairy and with wounds and bruises, the pictures are from the following day when the swelling came down a bit! Worst experience of my life! Don't think I have ever been treated like this, I felt awful, I am now having to go to the beach tomorrow hairy and with wounds and bruises, the pictures are from the following day when the swelling came down a bit! Went for waxing lower half of body and this young girl said even admitted that she did not have that much experience with the wax heater, more with the spatula and that hoped she had enough wax because she has not got other at all. I thought that it might be an issue because I am a big girl, but will go on and see how it works. Thought to also check if they had hard wax for the intimate sensitive area but they had none and because they normally operate machines, they don't do beauty and there is no point in buying wax as it goes out of date, so offered laser treatment, instead of the actual service that I paid for.She did went twice to speak with the manager, in polish so had no idea what they said, walls are paper thin, so not a relaxing environment at all. Came back and she continued to rip my skin off as the wax was not hot enough, so I decided to end my misery and go. The manager was not happy at all with me when I came out of the room but at least I did get my money back for a non-existent service. Show less »
