I trusted them a day before a big event and I was not disappointed. My skin was really clogged up and needed a facial, so I got the Hydrafacial and it was amazing. If you’re going to these ladies, you’re in great hands!

Worst experience of my life! Don't think I have ever been treated like this, I felt awful, I am now having to go to the beach tomorrow hairy and with wounds and bruises, the pictures are from the following day when the swelling came down a bit! Went for waxing lower half of body and this young girl said even admitted that she did not have that much experience with the wax heater, more with the spatula and that hoped she had enough wax because she has not got other at all. I thought that it might be an issue because I am a big girl, but will go on and see how it works. Thought to also check if they had hard wax for the intimate sensitive area but they had none and because they normally operate machines, they don't do beauty and there is no point in buying wax as it goes out of date, so offered laser treatment, instead of the actual service that I paid for.She did went twice to speak with the manager, in polish so had no idea what they said, walls are paper thin, so not a relaxing environment at all. Came back and she continued to rip my skin off as the wax was not hot enough, so I decided to end my misery and go. The manager was not happy at all with me when I came out of the room but at least I did get my money back for a non-existent service. Show less »

This place is heaven. I went with acnee problems. I had the consultation where I’ve got all the advices. Then we did the treatments. So far I had 3 times the same treatment, but after the first session the change was happening already. I was so impressed. Been to other places and left me worse than I came in. Now I can enjoy back my skin and self confidence.... Show more »

Had a lovely treatment by Martha last year, have to say she really knows what she is talking about. I wasn’t sure what treatment to go for, however she had chosen the perfect treatment for my my skin needs. Talked me through the process and explained the products and the benefits, made me feel comfortable and I loved my skin straight after I noticed the diff... Show more »
