I had a fantastic experience at this clinic in Liverpool. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The consultation was thorough, and everything was explained clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the treatment plan completed by Neil.
The clinic itself is modern, clean, and relaxing, and you can tell they really care about their clients’ comfort and results. The first treatment was carried out with great attention to detail, and I never felt rushed at any point.
I’m excited to see the long-term results. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in Liverpool and afar looking for high-quality, trustworthy hair loss treatments. Neil is Amazing at his Job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is so knowledgeable and always welcomes you with a smile. This is the fourth time I’ve had treatment from Neil and each time just gets better. He makes you feel so comfortable and listens to your needs, ensuring that the treatment you get is what you want and need. He also very kindly squeezed me in last minute which I was very grateful for. The price is also a bonus, best around. Thanks Neil see you soon I’m sure.

Have been going to see Neil for a few years now, I keep going back because he gives me the best advice on the treatments I need & I come away feeling & looking great. Neil is amazing..i was feeling slightly apprehensive but he put me totally at ease. He explains everything ..he made me feel so relaxed. I wouldn't go anywhere else . Highly recommend you won't be disappointed.
Elaine is so welcoming , warm and friendly also.
