If i could give 0 stars i would. Had a consultation with charlotte said she would send me creams and a good suncream heard nothing for a week, messeged her she said she would get back to me its been another week and still havent heard anything, rubbish service. Dont bother wasting your time with her go to someone else who actually wants to help

Had LVL lashes very pleased with my lashes very professional experience Charlotte was brilliant she made me feel very relaxed. Definitely will be going back for other treatments.

I had a massive skin tag on my left arm for longer than I can remember, being nervous about all things slightly medical related it was not easy for me to even go in the first place. From my initial consultation Charlotte put me immediately at ease even naming my skin tag Clive because of the size. She went through the procedure explaining every step of the way and made the experience absolutely brilliant even texting me checki g all was OK. On top of that
Charlotte is an extremely lovely person, I would highly recommend Charlotte and Skin addiction and if required I would not hesitate in returning. Show less »

It was a wonderful experience—so relaxing and very professional. I highly recommend it! I found the hydrofacial to be very gentle and calming, and my skin felt deeply hydrated afterward.

Charlotte has helped me in so many ways, from my ridge of tummy fat after having my Son 24 years ago, to Rosacea that I have had for many years on my face. The treatments that Charlotte has done, have given me the confidence to wear clothes I was embarrassed to wear before, and I am not as conscious of my patchy skin where red flare ups were hard to cover on my face. Charlotte's knowledge and expertise is without a doubt the best I have known. She listens carefully to you and taylors your treatments specifically to you.
